If you are a first time user and want to know about the various options, links and sections available on artyzan, click on the 'Sitemap' link at the bottom of the Home Page. This links takes you to a new page where all the sections on artyzan along with the available options are listed.
artyzan provides you with a wide range of categories. To make product search easier for you, the entire collection has been divided into various categories. You can find these categories on the artyzan Home Page under 'Shop by Category'.
To make shopping easier and faster for you, artyzan provides a search box at the top of the screen on every page of the website. Please enter a keyword related to the product you are looking for, select the relevant category and hit 'Search' to get a listing of related products. In case you need to refine your search further, please click on the 'Advanced Search' link. Here, you can search products based on:
• Price Range
• Themes & Occasions e.g. Diwali, Independence day, Valentine's day etc
• Recyclable/Customizable
Click on any product to view the details associated with it. The details include dimensions, weight, price, description of the product, shipping information and payment method supported for the product.
Before buying and placing an order for a product on artyzan, you need to add that product to your shopping cart. It works exactly the way you use a shopping cart in any supermarket. You add all the products you want to buy to your shopping cart and then they are billed together at the time of checkout.
If you like a product and want to buy it, you just need to click on the "Add to Cart" button to ass it to your shopping cart. You can then enter the quantity you want to order. Subsequently, you could either proceed to checkout or continue shopping for more products.
Once the products you want to buy have been added to your shopping cart, the purchase can be completed by clicking on the Checkout button. If you are not signed-in, you will promted to do so before you could place your order. If you are a returning member, use your login and password to login to the site. If you are a new user, please signup and you will be provided with your login information immediately. Once you login, you can choose your shipping options and payment options before complete the checkout.
On clicking any product, you will be directed to the product detail page. Just click, Post a Review link at the bottom and you can write the review and give a rating to the product.
I liked a product and I want to share it with a friend. How can I do so?
Upon clicking any product, you will be directed to the product detail page. Please click on "Tell a Friend" link on this page, enter your friend's email address and click send. An email with the product information will be promptly sent to your friend.
Promotions can be found in the promotions section on the front page of artyzan. There you will get the details of new products added and discounted offers available. You can also subscribe to our newsletters and receive this information via email.
Please login to your artyzan account. Once you are logged in your account, click on 'Manage Orders' on 'YourAccount' page. On this page, you can view your shopping history on artyzan. This page enables you to view history of all your orders placed on artyzan.
How can I cancel an order?
In case you want to cancel a recently placed order, you will need to notify artyzan immediately via mail/phone. Once an order is processed by artyzan and is ready for shipping, the payment amount cannot be reversed.
A product delivered to you in damaged or defective condition is applicable for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Mail us at support@artyzan.org or help@artyzan.org and we will guide you through the process. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the item being returned is damaged or defective.
In case you have received a wrong item, you should immediately notify artyzan. We'll look into your request and guide you through the return process if the order has been shipped incorrectly. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.Mail us the details at support@artyzan.org / help@artyzan.org and we will guide you through the process.
Not allowed
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return item from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
artyzan automatically computes and displays shipping charges at the time you checkout an order. These charges are calculated based on the rates provided by our shipping partners. A summary of the same can be found here.
artyzan provides you with two types of shipping options: Normal shipping and Express shipping. Express shipping costs more than the normal mode, but ensures a quicker delivery of your product. The charges for both the modes are displayed on the checkout screen to help you decide on a shipping mode.
If the shipped item is damaged, the first thing you need to do is inform the local courier agency office who delivered the shipment. Also, please notify artyzan at support@artyzan.org / help@artyzan.org com as soon as possible so that corrective measures can be taken and a replacement product is shipped to you if applicable. Please see that you need to notify artyzan within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Once an order is processed and shipped, it can be tracked using a consignment/tracking number. The consignment/tracking number is sent to the buyer after the order is shipped via email. The same can be found in the order details of the corresponding order in 'Your Account' page's order history section.
Once you have the tracking number:
1. Go to website- http://www.tnt.com
2. Type in the tracking number in the tracking section on the left panel. If your order status shows transit, then please click on additional details to see additional details as to where your order has reached.
Estimated delivery time will be displayed next to the product that you add to your cart along with shipping charges.
